    The Grace Museum
    includes a large art section, a children's museum, and a historical section, largely but not entirely focused on Texas subjects.

    The National Center for Children's Illustrated Literature
    is a museum (pretty much what it says in the name) dedicated to children's literature illustrations, with exhibits.

    The Texas Frontier Heritage and Cultural Center
    is a living museum/experience, more popularly called the Buffalo Gap Historic Village. The center has exhibits of Texas and other Western art and a living history village with historic buildings and static exhibits.

    Frontier Texas!
    : This large museum focuses on extensive exhibits on (no surprise) the frontier history of Texas, including active and sometimes interactive displays.

    12th Armored Division Museum
    : This small museum is dedicated to preserving and honoring the 12th Armored, the "Hellcats," a fast-moving, hard-hitting unit in World War II against Germany.
